Mr. Alexey Goloshchapov was born in Moscow from a family of lawyers.
He studied law at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL). He graduated with honors from MSAL and then he got his PhD at MSAL.
From 1997 to 2002 he worked in the State Duma and in the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Then, he became head of the legal services.
Some of his key clients are PJSC Gazprom, Rossatom, Megafone, Ikea, Rusghidro.
Mr. Alexey Goloshchapov is author of more than 30 publications and scientific works in the field of law.

Mr. Alexey Goloshchapov succeeds in combining practical work with teaching activities. He is a law professor, also for heads of legal services, business and top manager, according to the Executive MBA program.
